Our lawyer is reviewing them now. In the meantime, here’s the gist:
You own your data. Your reviews, your business information, your replies — all yours. Cancel anytime and we’ll delete it.
We own the software. You’re subscribing to use Reply2Review. You can’t resell it, copy it, or build something with it.
We’re not perfect. We’ll do our best to keep the service running and the AI drafts sensible, but we can’t guarantee error-free replies. Please review drafts before approving (you already do, because that’s the workflow).
Cancellation. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your subscription runs until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
